Collection of Information
We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used to fulfill your specific request. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request, unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example to add you to one of our mailing lists.
The Site may use cookie and tracking technology depending on the features offered. Cookie and tracking technologies are useful for gathering information such as browser type and operating system, tracking the number of visitors to the Site, and understanding how visitors use the Site. Cookies can also help customize the Site for visitors. Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorized employees, agents and contractors (who are bound to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information. All emails and newsletters from this site allow you to opt out of further mailings.
We reserve the right to make changes to this policy. Any changes to this policy will be posted.
- Orders that require Express shipping must be processed by 3:00pm CST, Monday through Friday.
- Standard shipments which include all ground carriers and the USPS are shipped within 36 hours, Monday through Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm CST.

A2N, Inc. uses the following carriers to deliver our orders:
- Common freight for heavy items
- Courier services
A tracking number or PRO number, is provided by the shipper. We will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, special handling conditions (i.e. hazardous materials) and your location.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order.
No merchandise, whether defective or otherwise, will be accepted for return unless an authorization for return of merchandise (RMA) number is issued. To return a part to A2N, Inc. you will need to contact us to request a RMA number. Parts sent to our warehouse without a RMA number may be refused and sent back to the sender. Returns can be processed for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Products returned to us must be in the original packaging and box. Refund amounts are for the price paid plus tax (if applicable), minus original shipping cost.
What we will not return:
- Special order or backorder items
- Discontinued Parts
- Used or installed parts
- Electrical or Fluid System parts
- Any product missing the serial number
- Items that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases
Parts must be returned in the original packaging. If the item came in a box, it must be returned in the same box. If the item came in a bag, it must be in the same sealed unopened bag. Items must include all manuals, packaging, seals, etc.
An electronic or electrical part is considered installed if the harness or wires have been connected to it, even if power has not been applied to it. A fluid system part is considered installed if it has been hooked up or had fluid pumped through it.
Electronic and Electrical Parts:
Electronic and Electrical parts will only be exchanged for a like part (i.e.: motor for a motor).
If you received a defective item and need to replace it with the same item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request a replacement.
To return a product:
